🚚 Orders & Delivery

Free delivery within Singapore on all orders.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 3–5 working days.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.

Received a damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with opening video, and we’ll make it right.

To start a return, email us with your order number and reason.

✨ Jewellery Care

Our pieces are stainless steel with 18K gold PVD plating, made to keep their shine. To keep them looking their best:

• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
• Avoid harsh chemicals, perfume and lotion directly on the jewellery.
• Store pieces separately in a pouch to prevent scratches.
